Wildhorse Meadows will be a well-planned, architecturally rich and convenient resort community featuring a mix of housing types. The neighborhoods of Wildhorse Meadows will be connected to the ski area via a new gondola. This will allow for the convenience of a ski-in/out property with the surrounding master plan community.
 
When not on the mountain the Ranch house will be a favorite place to spend the day. Not just a health club the facility will include many pools and spa like amenities like massage and other treatments. Located close by will be the Wildhorse Culture and Education barn where community members can gather to discuss topics of interest. Whether it’s a concert associated with Strings in the Mountains, a community event or private function the Wildhorse Culture and Education Barn will be an asset for all of the community.

To help round out the neighborhood the development will have its own general store. The Steamboat Country Store will be a focal point of daily activity. This will be a place to get meet-up with friends, grab a coffee and get any food staples.
