After living in Steamboat for a couple of years I was tired of renting and needed to buy a house. Ryan first helped me figure out a plan to get my financial situation ready so I could get a mortgage. I knew that I wanted to live in the mountain base area. We looked at all of the properties in my price range but nothing was really getting me excited. We came across a for sale by owner and Ryan negotiated a deal on the spot with the owner. I am glad that he was there to deal with this less than favorable seller who did not have any love for realtors.
