The close proximity to the Catamount Golf Course will come in handy, as these private memberships will be made especially available to Alpine Mountain Ranch owners as well.
The Barn features a full Equestrian Center where you can plan family trail rides or organize lessons with the Equestrian Director. The Barn includes stalls, a tack room, a tack closet, staging area and corral.
The Alpine Mountain Ranch will feature two fully outfitted Guest Cabins to welcome your guests with all the comforts you would want to offer them. Owners are also welcome to stay here while their own house is under construction.
At the Pool and Fitness Center, treat yourself to the steam room or hot tub, enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool or sun yourself on the large decks. Work out with the most modern equipment and then retreat to the well equipped locker rooms to get prepared for your next engagement of the day.
